There are 3 views of Requests in Proactive Customer Support 2020. The view you will use most often is the All Requests view. This web page shows all requests and can be filtered in a variety of ways. In addition to All Requests a view that is filtered based on the User Name of the person who is logged in at that moment. The view is called My Requests. Finally, a view is set for those that may have multiple staff members using the program. Unlike the My Requests page the My Assigned Requests page is automatically filtered based on Requests with the Assigned To user name equal to the User Name of the logged in user.
