While staff members can use the All Requests grid to add and update requests that are assigned to them, it may be convenient to instead use a page that is already filtered based on the staff person's user name.  Of course it you are the loan ranger type, supporting customers all by yourself with no staff, the My Assigned Requests will be about the same as the All Requests page.  Anyway,  see the screen shot below.

Notice the column at the far right.  The values in the column are all "admin" because I am logged in with that user name so the grid is filtered accordingly.
