Some organizations support customers at multiple locations.  Proactive Customer Support 2020 allows for that, as well as Departments.  This can be helpful for reporting and planning purposes.  If you do not use locations in your organization you can either use NA (Not Applicable) or leave that field blank.  Records in this table are used to provide a lookup for the Location field in the Customer record.
